Explanation of Levels
Beginners
10 week course
This course is for those who are new to Iyengar Yoga. Students can then continue on at the same time slot with the Leve I 10-Week course.
Level I
10 week course
Students need a minimum of 10 weeks Iyengar yoga experience.
Level I
Gentle course
Students work at a quieter pace with postures focusing on different areas of the body each week.
Level II
Ongoing course
Students need a minimum of 1 year Iyengar Yoga experience. Classes include headstand and shoulderstand.
Level III
Ongoing Class
Students need a minimum of three years of regular yoga attendance at Iyengar Yoga classes. Your home practice will include inversions and backbends.
